The Opportunity Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation program that will reshape both the customer and employee experience. The program will result in a number of key benefits including reducing manual processes, duplication of effort, and delivering services in a more efficient way. We are seeking expressions of interest for Field Trainers who can commence work between late June and July 2026 and who can commit to an estimated 8-12-month contract. Multiple positions are available and start dates are yet to be confirmed but anticipated to be between these period. As a Field Delivery Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting this change, ensuring the network of drivers nationally are engaged, trained and empowered throughout the transition to continue to perform their role to the highest standards. More specifically, the Field Delivery Trainer will be tasked with: Training drivers face to face, either 1:1 or in small groups, on the new 'in cab' technology so they are equipped with the knowledge to perform all the technical-enabled facets of their role Training administration/site-based employees either 1:1 or in small groups who can then support the driver network post training completion Ensure the accuracy of training material and support the creation, review, and refinement of training content, contributing to any required edits or improvements to enhance driver understanding and knowledge uptake. Adhering to all site-based safety processes and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment Travelling to sites to deliver training, which will involve both interstate and intrastate travel for approximately 2 weeks per month. Flexibility is key , on hours of work and ability to travel as delivery of training needs to accommodate driver's shift patterns. instructional design experience is valued but not mandatory About you Previous experience delivering systems/tech-based training in the field to an operational workforce is strongly desirable such as mining, logistics, manufacturing, energy or other industrial environments. Cert IV in Training is desirable but not mandatory Strong MS Office skills especially the use of PowerPoint to create and edit training materials Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust and connection with a broad range of people Flexibility to work early mornings and/or late at night to deliver training when drivers are available Flexibility to travel interstate and intrastate to different site locations - for up to a few weeks per month.
