The role: We are seeking to appoint a service-focused and motivated Technology Trainer to join our Adelaide office on a full-time or part-time basis. This role will form a critical part of our corporate services team and will include: Providing instructor led face-to-face training to individuals and larger groups including workshops, webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions both in person and via video conference Deliver hands-on training programs for in-house AI tools, equipping staff across technical and non-technical teams with the skills and confidence to integrate them into daily workflows Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and guidance in AI tools, acting as a liaison between end users and the development team to surface issues, gather feedback Assist in developing training materials, quick-reference guides, and documentation tailored to varying proficiency levels, ensuring consistent adoption and effective use of internal AI tools The successful candidate should be able to train and facilitate existing and new programs, focusing on the priorities listed below: Deliver training on effective AI usage, including practical application of internal AI tools to support day‑to‑day work tasks and decision‑making Develop and deliver training and offer one-on-one support to users in a wide range of technology applications, including Microsoft Office suite (including advanced functions such as formatting, cross referencing, styles and template creation), FileSite, Aderant Continuously improving training programs using AI tools effectively and ethically Implement and train new processes and systems Review and document feedback, queries and solutions to inform ongoing improvements and for inclusion in Frequently Asked Questions Provide timely resolution and responsiveness Triage and escalate technical issues Track training participation This role would ideally suit a pro-active candidate with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with knowledge of AI tools, learning management systems, legal research platforms and document automation tools. Demonstrated experience within a legal environment, with an understanding of Australian legal professional obligations is desirable.
