Various shifts are available and availability Monday to Thursday is needed. About the Role You will be working in a temperature-controlled environment with a friendly team of people. You will need good hand eye coordination and be happy working at a fast pace while also being able to ensure quality work. Some of the tasks involve: Checking and packing products according to company requirements Selecting products according to customer and section requirements Operating machinery including ensuring that weights and quality standards of products are being achieved Handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards Cutting meat & vegetable ingredients to specification for processing, measuring, mixing and cooking. Cleaning of work areas, machinery and equipment Lift/push/pull up to 15kg Working in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines Working quickly at conveyor belts Working in chilled and freezer conditions as required To be successful in this role, you will: Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment Able to work in a cold environment set to 4 degrees, possibility of freezer work The ability to work within strict quality standards guidelines Have a great eye for detail Be an excellent team member with an energetic and flexible approach Be reliable and punctual Be physically fit and capable of working in a cold environment Enjoy working as part of a team Have an understanding of OHS requirements We can offer you: Approx 20 to 30 or so hours per week depending on shift allocation Secure free onsite parking Discount on products Free onsite gym Future potential for permanent roles A secure, growing great Aussie company Successful applicants will be team players who take pride in producing outstanding products and have excellent hand eye co-ordination.
