This role combines process/backend management, operational discipline and customer centric problem solving to deliver seamless support across Brennan CSP business: M365, Azure services and Windows environment. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys solving complex issues and is committed to operational and process excellence. The role is open to any of our office locations in Australia. Your key responsibilities: As a Support & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for: Contract Processing & Deal Execution Process commercial contracts, amendments and renewals across Microsoft licensing programs (CSP, EA, MCA-E, NCE) Validate deal terms, pricing and compliance requirements Ensure timely and accurate execution of contracts in alignment with operational policies Collaborate with sales, finance and customers to resolve discrepancies or missing information License Migration & Operational Support Manage end to end CSP license migration workflows Support transition from legacy CSP to NCE or other licensing frameworks Troubleshoot migration issues related to billing and license provisioning Coordinate with internal teams to ensure minimal customer disruption during migrations Monitor migration progress and escalate blockers proactively Raise support tickets with Microsoft during business hours Operational Excellence & Governance Maintain high accuracy in transactional processing, ensuring compliance with Brennan’s operational standards Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduced errors Support operational readiness for new tools, systems and licensing changes Key skills and experience required: Experience in backend operations, contract processing and licensing administration Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models especially CSP and NCE Familiarity with Partner Center is highly desirable High attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple workflows with tight deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot transactional issues Note: As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
