They are known for their strong safety culture, quality workmanship, and ability to deliver complex installation projects within live production environments. About the Position We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee stainless steel piping installation works for a new filling machine project at the Coca-Cola site in Kewdale. The role involves supervising crews, coordinating site works, liaising with the client, and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently within a live production environment. This opportunity would also suit an experienced Leading Hand ready to step into a leadership role within stainless steel fabrication or process piping. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate a crew of 610 personnel onsite Oversee daily stainless steel piping installation works Liaise with the client regarding scheduling, progress, and site coordination Coordinate installation of water, steam, chemical, and syrup transfer lines Review and interpret P&IDs, isometric, and engineering drawings Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Complete and review SWMS, JSAs, and safety documentation Maintain compliance with site safety and production requirements Support project delivery within a live production environment Skills and Experience Required Strong experience within stainless steel fabrication, pipe fitting, or process piping environments Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric, and engineering drawings Previous experience supervising crews and coordinating site works Strong understanding of SWMS, JSAs, and safety documentation Excellent communication and client liaison skills Experience working within live production or manufacturing environments highly regarded Background stepping from a fabrication or leading hand role into leadership preferred Working at Heights, Confined Space, and First Aid certificates highly regarded Current Manual Drivers Licence required White Card required How to Apply: Click on the Apply button to submit your application or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Tom Caldow on (08) 6462 1134 or Tom.Caldow@workpac.com quoting the below reference number.
