About the role As a Junior Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Granny Flats WA's construction projects in the Perth area. This full-time position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of construction workers to ensure efficient and effective project delivery across up to 20 building sites at once Monitor and enforce quality control measures, safety protocols, and compliance with all relevant regulations Liaise with project managers, clients, to provide regular progress updates and address any concerns Participate in the planning and scheduling of construction activities to optimise workflow and resource utilisation Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in construction.
