As a key support role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing property listings, coordinating marketing campaigns, and facilitating property transactions with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Listing and Campaign Coordination: Processing new property listings, ensuring all data is accurately entered for digital and print advertisement. Key Date Management: Scheduling and coordinating all campaign dates, including booking professional photography, property styling, and listing materials. Marketing Material Creation: Designing and preparing marketing assets and materials for print, digital, and email campaigns. Legal Documentation: Creating and processing critical legal and sales documentation, including Form 1's, Contracts of Sale, and Agency Agreements. General Administration: Handling general daily administrative tasks, managing office supplies, delegating incoming calls and maintaining a professionally presented office environment. Sales Support: Generating and compiling necessary data and documents required before and after property appraisals. Liaison: Serving as the key point of contact for external suppliers (e.g., marketing, photographers) and professionals such as brokers and conveyancers. Relationship Support: Maintain positive relationships with purchasers and vendors throughout the sales process, providing updates and support as needed.
