How the role works day to day You will manage a well-maintained portfolio with leasing, admin and inspection support already in place, allowing you to spend more time on communication, relationship management and keeping your portfolio running smoothly. The workflow is organised, the systems are established and the leadership team understands what Property Managers actually need to succeed day to day. You will be trusted to manage your portfolio autonomously while still having support around you when needed.
