Here is a typical week for a Clinical Assessor : Picture yourself travelling to a participant’s home, learning about how they live and supporting them through identifying strategies and supports to maintain their independence as they age. Now picture doing this multiple times a day, each day of the week – and the impact you will have on each person’s life. This is part of our Aged Care Assessment program (formerly known as ACAT or ACAS assessments). Your warm personality, existing skills and experiences, complemented by extensive training and support enable you to convert your participant interactions into meaningful support plans documented using digital tools as guided by ACNA’s Active Assessment method.
