About the Role AvantiCare is seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler / Business Support team member to play a critical role in coordinating service delivery. Positioned at the heart of operations, this role ensures clinicians are scheduled effectively to meet client needs, delivering a seamless and responsive service experience. It is a dynamic, fast paced position where no two days are the same, focused on ensuring the right care reaches the right client at the right time. This role also includes an important front-of-house component, supporting the day-to-day operations of sister company, Solenne. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily rostering and scheduling across a mobile Allied Health workforce. Optimise clinician schedules to improve utilisation and client outcomes. Manage bookings, cancellations and rescheduling requests. Allocate resources appropriately based on client needs and clinical skillsets. Collaborate with clinicians, managers and clients to ensure continuity of care. Escalate service gaps or issues within required timeframes. Monitor service bookings and support operational workflow. Provide administrative support including invoicing, billing and service tracking. Contribute to ongoing improvement of scheduling systems and processes. Manage front of house responsibilities including phone enquiries, client interactions and day to day reception support within the Solenne/AvantiCare space. Assist with maintaining a welcoming and well-presented environment, including shared space organisation, towel washing and general operational upkeep. Experience in scheduling, rostering, coordination or similar roles (1 year preferred) or transferrable experience from event management, logistics, hospitality or operations. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a warm, empathetic phone manner. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capability. Strong attention to detail. Highly regarded Experience in healthcare, allied health, aged care or disability (NDIS) sectors. Exposure to Medicare and Proda billing systems.
