Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced People Experience Business Partner to work closely with leaders and drive both strategic and operational people outcomes across the organisation. This is a broad, high-impact role that blends HR business partnering with organisational development, culture, and leadership capability. You’ll act as a trusted partner, supporting leaders through complex employment and industrial relations matters while driving initiatives that strengthen engagement, performance, and the overall employee experience. You’ll coach and empower leaders to confidently manage their teams, build high-performing and values-aligned cultures, and navigate workforce challenges. You’ll also play a key role in shaping organisational culture, embedding leadership capability, and delivering initiatives that enhance engagement and performance. What You’ll do : Partner with purpose to deliver consistent, practical, and high-impact People Experience advice Support workforce planning and succession strategies, using data and insights to inform decision-making Build leadership capability through coaching and targeted development to enable high-performing, engaged, and values-led teams Deliver organisational development initiatives across culture, engagement, and team effectiveness Contribute to the design and rollout of leadership and capability frameworks Manage and facilitate investigations, disciplinary, and grievance matters Provide expert guidance on Awards, Fair Work updates, and National Employment Standards Coach leaders and employees to drive strong performance outcomes What you Bring: Proven experience delivering strategic, impactful solutions on complex people matters Strong experience in IR/ER, organisational development, culture, or leadership capability within a complex environment The ability to influence, challenge, and inspire leaders to lift performance, engagement, and inclusion Deep understanding of culture, leadership, engagement, and change principles In-depth knowledge of employment law, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and legislation Confidence working with HR systems and data to inform decisions The ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and operate with confidence Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong prioritisation and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced environment Experience delivering people initiatives that create real organisational impact In return, you will work in a compassionate, respectful and passionate team and organisation in which all people participate and flourish.
