About the role We are seeking a motivated individual with hands-on experience to join our team. As a RestorX Technician, you will play a key role in restoring homes and contents for both residential and commercial clients. This full-time position offers varied, meaningful work where no two days are the same, along with the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding business. What you'll be doing Assess the condition of residential and commercial properties to determine required restoration works Use specialised equipment and techniques to clean, repair, and restore properties and contents Complete all work to a high standard with strong attention to detail Communicate with customers on-site about works being carried out and next steps Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment Participate in a rotating on-call roster (shared across the team) What we're looking for Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Willingness to learn specialised tools, equipment, and restoration techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication skills when dealing with customers and colleagues First Aid and EWP tickets are desirable but not essential What we offer At RestorX SA, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
