We are a growing practice with a close-knit and supportive team based in Nedlands, and are seeking to appoint a Part-time Client Services Manager (Implementation Specialist). The successful candidate will play a critical role in the Financial Advice process, taking ownership of the advice implementation function and supporting the team in delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities and Activities : The role: Preparing information for client meetings (prospects and review clients) Greeting clients and preparation of meeting rooms for client meetings Managing the advice implementation process for client’s, across all advice areas (insurance, superannuation, non-super investment), by: Preparing application forms, for new business and other ad-hoc transactions Processing New Business applications Placing trades and investment switches, rebalancing accounts and reviewing confirmations Following up on the processing of applications to completion Managing the insurance underwriting process Liaising with clients and product providers (insurers, superannuation funds and platform providers) Reviewing commission statements, client service agreements and fee for service statements to ensure accuracy. Maintaining compliance requirements and documentation. Gain hands-on experience by attending client meetings, contributing to the development of tailored advice strategies using tools such as Risk Researcher, Wealth solver and Xtools to enhance your professional growth. Criteria: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate on tight deadlines Have a can-do attitude and thrive on working in a dynamic team environment Have a friendly and approachable personality, taking pride in delivering an exceptional level of client service Experience using XPlan is preferrable. Minimum 5 years experience in the Financial Planning industry.
