About the Role As a Picker & Packer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and ready for dispatch. You’ll be working in a busy warehouse environment where teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential. What You’ll Be Doing Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently Reading and processing order documentation Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Assisting with general warehouse duties as required What We’re Looking For Strong reading and writing skills Good level of fitness (labour-intensive role, but not extreme) Reliable, punctual and with a strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Trade knowledge or background (advantageous but not essential) Forklift licence (desirable, but we can support the right person to obtain one) Why Join Us?
