This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for the performance, standards, and day-to-day execution of the Adelaide warehouse operation. While the role includes leadership and staff management responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to remain actively involved in warehouse operations, support the team during peak periods, and assist in resolving operational issues as they arise. We are looking for a practical and accountable leader who can drive performance, maintain high operational standards, and lead by example within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The Role Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance and excellence of the Adelaide warehouse. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, dispatch, and inventory control Work with the team to support daily operational requirements Lead by example in productivity, safety, accuracy, and workplace standards Troubleshoot operational issues and support resolution in real time Drive inventory accuracy and strong stock control practices Monitor KPIs including DIFOT, picking accuracy, labour efficiency, and inventory variance Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff Maintain safe work practices and food safety compliance standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational discipline
