Are You the One? Proven ability to manage, monitor, evaluate, improve and report on the productivity and performance of designated educational workgroup/s. Demonstrated ability to implement sound Human Resource Management policies and processes at both individual and organisational levels. Demonstrated educational leadership, strategic planning capability, interpersonal liaison and negotiating skills, which encourage and foster consultation, participative decision-making, co-operation and effect change within an educational workgroup/s.
