Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own and lead the delivery and implementation of a critical Transport Management System (TMS) driving dispatch efficiency, compliance, customer service and cost control—from design through to go-live and optimisation. This is a critical transformation role and carries responsibility for the planning, coordination, and end-to-end delivery of project outcomes, ensuring alignment with agreed timeframes, quality standards, and budgetary requirements. Requirements About You You are a proactive and results driven Project Manager with demonstrated experience delivering complex business or technology projects ideally including TMS and WMS implementations. You communicate with clarity influence effectively and build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Qualifications & Experience · Education: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated experience in a similar role. · Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other TMS and WMS platforms. · Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users in addition to presenting complex concepts to the management team for approval clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. · Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and technologies. · Problem Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively.
