Your Next Opportunity We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a self-motivated and highly organised Weighbridge Operator to join the Quarry team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and customer service skills that is looking to expand their career into the construction/production industry and gain skills in weighbridge operations. You will undertake both weighbridge operation duties and administration tasks as required. Your Day will involve: Weighbridge operation including the ticketing of incoming and outgoing trucks Manage reception at the quarry office including meet and greet, site inductions, couriers and mail handling Raising purchase orders, work orders, compiling spreadsheets and reports and processing dockets Active participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activities Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting What we are looking for? Tech savvy individual with experience in Administration duties and great attention to detail A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn operation of a Weighbridge if no prior experience – Quarry experience is not essential! Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisational skills Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team as well as autonomously Openness to working within a quarry site What’s on Offer?
