About the role This is a permanent full time role (38hpw) based Wagga Wagga This role supports the implementation of the Early Career Clinician Training Program across GPH services based in Wagga Wagga and Young. You will support student and graduate placements. The role is designed to increase senior clinician support for students and facilitate connections to universities. Demonstrated advanced level mental health clinical experience in mental health service delivery with demonstrated skills and experience in providing a range of holistic, recovery-oriented, evidence-based therapeutic services. Demonstrated skills in professional supervision, field supervision, coaching and mentoring. Experience in coordinating and facilitating student placements. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to engage with external stakeholders and develop relationships/partnerships with organisations such as universities.
