About the role This is a permanent full time role (38hpw) based in Wagga Wagga The role of the Clinical Practice Lead is to provide clinical and psychosocial support and guidance to the multidisciplinary teams providing services within the program. You will ensure an efficient, effective, safe and high-quality clinical and psychosocial service, consistent with best practice guidelines. Benefits & Perks A positive work culture by offering flexible work arrangements that support your wellbeing Ongoing professional development and supervision Increase your take home pay by salary packaging up to $15,900 $2,650 meals and entertainment GPH Staff Conference Employer paid parental leave on top of the government PPL Scheme Free and confidential Employee Assistance Program Skills & Experience Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in mental health service delivery with demonstrated skills and experience in providing a range of holistic, evidence-based therapeutic services Demonstrated advanced level mental health clinical experience including preparing comprehensive mental health assessments, development of intervention plans and making referrals in collaboration with consumers and their family and carers Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and consultation skills to work effectively with all people Demonstrated leadership experience of a multidisciplinary team, including the facilitation of clinical review and performance management processes Awareness of the needs of diverse communities including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, multicultural, and LGBTIQA communities.
