The Role We are seeking experienced Site Superintendents to support rope access and scaffolding work located in Collie. Our superintendents are an integral part of our workforce and ensure our teams are mentored, coached and supported to maintain a cohesive unit and deliver the standard of work our clients expect. As Warrikal continues to grow, this is an excellent opportunity to join a newly awarded Tier One project and utilise your skills to develop Warrikal’s on site team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations for rope access and scaffolding teams Ensure scaffolding is erected, modified, and dismantled to Australian standards Coordinate rope access work in accordance with IRATA/SPRAT regulations Lead and coordinate pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Liaise with various personnel to ensure work quality and timelines are met Plan and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment and materials Ensure safe and efficient work is conducted in line with HSEQ policies and regulations Maintain compliance with HSEQ procedures, permits, and legislative requirements Work to client specifications, scope of work, and project schedules Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure work is executed safely Provide consistent communication with client representatives and internal stakeholders Identify and resolve issues that may impact safety, schedule, or quality Track progress and submit daily/weekly reports to project management Support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure equipment is regularly inspected, certified, and maintained Promote a positive culture, reinforce company values and acceptable behaviour Provide leadership and mentoring to supervisors and work crews About You Full Australian Working Rights Construction White Card Australian Driver’s Licence (C Class) Experience in ore processing facilities and shutdown (highly desirable) First Attack Fire Training Certificate (PUAWER008B/ CPPFES2005A/ MSAPMOHS212A) Working at Heights Certificate (valid) Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate (valid) Gas Test Atmosphere Qualification (valid) S26 or willing to obtain Strong communication skills, work ethic and a positive attitude.
