Working closely with Sales, Product, Data, Marketing, Concierge, and senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in strengthening partner relationships, improving commercial outcomes, and supporting new strategic initiatives across the Health division. What You’ll Be Doing Manage relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 health fund partners Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and partner performance discussions Identify opportunities to improve commercial yield and partner performance Support commercial negotiations and partner growth initiatives Help deliver new services and strategic initiatives across the fund panel Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Concierge, and Data teams Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) activities with key partners What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience in partnerships, account management, commercial management, or business development Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities Strong communication, presentation, and influencing capability Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and initiatives in a fast-paced environment Highly Regarded Experience within private health insurance, financial services, comparison platforms, or aggregator environments Why Join Compare Club?
