In this senior technical role, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with customer business strategies and operational goals. You will work closely with customers, project teams, architects, and internal stakeholders to deliver elegant, scalable, and best-practice ServiceNow solutions while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle. As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will play a hands-on role delivering complex customer solutions while contributing technical leadership and best-practice guidance across the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, and related applications Deliver elegant, scalable, and robust solutions while minimising unnecessary customisation and technical debt Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using REST APIs, web services, and scripting frameworks Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, solution design, estimation, and technical scoping activities Produce high-quality technical design documentation, SOPs, lifecycle artefacts, and handover documentation What we'd love to see? We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent customer engagement skills and a passion for delivering quality outcomes. 4 years’ hands-on experience working with ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITBM/SPM, ITAM, SecOps, or similar 3 years’ experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools Strong experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations Experience working across consulting, managed services, systems integrator, or enterprise delivery environments Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and development best practices Solid development skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Even if you don’t check every box, your passion and curiosity matter.
