About the role The new Senior Change Analyst will play a key role in driving key change management activities for the rollout of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Working alongside the Senior Change Manager, Business Analysts and Process Owners, you’ll support employees and leaders to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working. The successful candidate will lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and engagement planning across complex business areas, ensuring the program can respond to feedback, manage risks and strengthen outcomes. The role provides expert change advice, helping navigate interdependencies, cumulative impacts and potential roadblocks. A major focus is coordinating change activities across multiple workstreams to deliver a consistent, integrated stakeholder experience. You’ll design targeted interventions, facilitate workshops, and support business readiness for the transition to new digital processes. This role is central to driving adoption, maintaining program alignment and ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged and equipped throughout the transformation. About you To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following key selection criteria within their application, as this forms part of our merit-based recruitment process: Must have 2 years’ experience successfully working in a Senior Change Analyst capacity on enterprise-wide system implementations Proven experience delivering change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness activities across multiple business areas Demonstratable analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise feedback, data and insights into clear recommendations. Proven ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including SMEs, leaders and frontline employees Familiarity with HR Technology (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.) (Highly desirable) HR knowledge and Experience is desirable (Highly desirable) Salary for this position is commensurate to the successful candidate’s aligned skills and experience to the position.
