ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on and varied administration role supporting the wider business across office coordination, executive support and project administration. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be the go-to person for keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, from onboarding support and meeting coordination through to stakeholder liaison and project administration. DUTIES Coordinate onboarding administration for new starters, including IT setup and health & safety processes Manage travel bookings and general office coordination tasks Liaise with external contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders Prepare meeting rooms and provide day-to-day office support Take meeting minutes for leadership meetings and team discussions Support ad hoc administration projects, including mail merges and stakeholder coordination Provide phone support and act as a key point of contact across the business Assist with maintaining office supplies and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently Support broader administration tasks across the organisation as required SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience in administration, office coordination, team support or executive assistant roles Confident communication skills and willingness to pick up the phone Proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong initiative Experience taking meeting minutes highly regarded Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Word and Excel Exposure to project administration or stakeholder coordination beneficial Experience with Xero or databases advantageous but not essential OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
