Senior Payroll Officer | $100- 120K Super | Permanent | Silverwater, NSW Are you looking for a rewarding Payroll position at a reputable construction company? We are working with one of our favourite clients in the construction space who operate across Australia with a strong footprint and solid brand recognition. This role will cover all general payroll functions in a systems implementation environment. Working within a team of 6, the duties are as follows: Key Responsibilities Processing payroll for 1600 employees and interpreting multiple EA's on a weekly basis Timesheet entry Respond to a variety of employee payroll queries Review and reconcile payroll reports, superannuation, and other statutory obligations. Interpret and advise stakeholders on various Awards, Enterprise Agreements and HR Policies, as they relate to payroll. Opportunities to asisst with a new system implementation Award and allowance interpretation Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively and translate complex payroll matters to blue-collar teams You will have, advanced systems, communication and presentation skills and have a genuine ambition to assist a team in transition and deliver stability as well as: Proven experience in payroll processing. Experience in a systems implementation environment is advantageous. Strong understanding of EBAs/EAs and Construction-centric awards. Experience working with ERP and time & attendance systems Excellent stakeholder (internal & external) engagement and communication skills. Ability to be on site five days per week.
