The Practice & Operations Director plays a pivotal role in enabling this next stage. Working closely with the Managing Director and clinical leaders, this role will strengthen operational performance, develop scalable systems and processes, and foster a connected, values-driven culture that allows clinicians and team members to thrive. About the Role: Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help translate vision and strategy into clear priorities, practical action and sustainable business outcomes. This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the practice while helping shape the future direction of Her Health. You will bring clarity, consistency and thoughtful leadership across operations, people, workflows, systems, financial management and the patient experience - ensuring Her Health operates effectively, efficiently and in alignment with its values. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership & Systems Lead the day-to-day operational management of the practice Drive consistency and clarity across operations, communication and service delivery Improve operational efficiency while preserving the warmth and quality of the care experience Guide scale and future service expansion Oversee governance, compliance, risk and WHS processes People & Culture Lead, support and develop operational team leads across Administration, PAs and Midwives Foster a connected, engaged and high-performing workplace culture Strengthen communication, accountability and alignment across teams Strengthen leadership capability, onboarding and team development Lead with emotional intelligence, connection and professionalism Financial & Commercial Oversight Oversee operational financial management, budgeting and forecasting Drive commercially sound operational decision making Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and sustainability Ensure operational decisions align with the long-term strategic direction of the practice Strategic Partnership & Growth Partner with the Managing Director to bring strategic priorities to life Lead operational, cultural and business improvement initiatives Drive marketing and brand initiatives aligned with the Her Health strategic vision Help shape the future structure, rhythm and leadership capability of the practice. About You: You are a grounded and capable leader who brings both operational discipline and genuine care for those around you. You will ideally have: Senior operational leadership experience in healthcare, specialist medical, allied health or a complex service-based environment Strong financial and commercial capability including budgeting, forecasting and P&L oversight Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with fast paced and evolving environments String operational management capacity with confidence improving systems, workflows and organisational performance Proven experience implementing operational improvements, leading change and business initiatives Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills The ability to build trust, alignment and accountability High emotional intelligence, sound judgement with the ability to navigate complex people dynamics A proactive, highly organised and solutions-focused approach Just as importantly you are: A natural relationship builder - a great listener, clear and respectful Highly organised, dependable and solutions-focused, with the ability to balance operational accountability with warmth, people leadership and patient centred care Comfortable leading change Able to balance strategy with hands-on operational leadership High-quality and deeply considered experience for patients and staff Experience within specialist medical, healthcare or premium service environments will be highly regarded Sound like you?
