This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional who values accuracy, compliance, and being part of a supportive, well-structured team. You’ll manage the end-to-end trust accounting function across a commercial property portfolio, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in line with legislation and internal procedures. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end trust accounting including rental receipts, invoices, deposits and disbursements Daily trust fund processing and payments to landlords, tenants and suppliers Weekly/monthly bank and trust account reconciliations Maintain compliance with QLD OFT trust accounting regulations Prepare month-end reports including owner statements and disbursement summaries Accounts payable/receivable including invoices, commissions and on-charging Annual outgoings budgets and reconciliations in collaboration with auditors Tenant billing for outgoings and operating expenses Track tenancy changes impacting financial adjustments About You: Experience in trust accounting, property accounting or accounts administration (real estate preferred) Strong reconciliation and end-to-end accounts processing skills High attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and team approach How to apply: Please submit your resume by hitting APPLY or contact us directly: Drue Burbery | | All applications will be held in strict confidence, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
