Position Purpose This role is responsible for the smooth operating of tools & processes used to in DPS commercial customer contracts Ensure all DPS ANZ contracts are managed appropriately leading to indirect influence of their financial performance Provide coverage for Pricing & Contracts Specialist Key Responsibility Areas Customer Contract Management Development & maintenance of Contract Compliance and Performance Reporting tools Rebate tracking & engaging with Global Services to process rebates (set up, accrual adjustments, payment & closure) Capital placement compliance reporting and associated administration Contract Expiry Management Maintenance and process integration of the contract repository End to End SPR Management Customer Contract Reporting & Reviews Compliance reporting as determined by the scope and timelines negotiated in each contract or pricing arrangement Collaborate with multiple departments to gather required data Develop & deploy process efficiencies to better standardize customer responses Coverage for Pricing & Contracts Specialist Back up for Price Condition maintenance in ERP Maintain working knowledge of key activities required by Pricing & Contracts Specialist Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required qualifications: minimum education area of study: related industry experience Degree Qualified Administration, Finance, Science, Marketing, Procurement Procurement / commercial, minimum 3 years business experience Knowledge and Experience : Pricing/Customer Service (or equivalent) experience in large / complex organization SAP skills/knowledge MS Office Skills - Intermediate Experience in a large commercial organization with stakeholder interactions.
