With a $2bn pipeline of mixed-use, BTR, and residential developments, they are at the forefront of MMC style builds, delivering high-quality, community focused projects from concept through to completion. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their high-performing delivery team. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to join a fully integrated developer / builder working across landmark projects in the Living Sector, including BTR and large scale mixed-use developments. You will play a key role in the commercial management of major projects, working closely with development, construction, and delivery teams across the full lifecycle.
