As a Senior Pharmacist, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of a designated pharmacy area while delivering advanced clinical pharmacy services, medicines information and expert therapeutic advice across the hospital network. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help shape medication management strategies, support service improvement initiatives and contribute to operational planning across sites.
