About the role This represents an exciting opportunity to join the CALHN Pharmacy team and help deliver a high-quality pharmacy service that supports safe and effective patient care across the hospital. This role will initially be based in a clinical pharmacy setting, with potential for rotation into other areas of CALHN Pharmacy. While working in a clinical pharmacy setting, you will provide assistance to clinical pharmacists to deliver safe and efficient patient care. In other CALHN Pharmacy settings, you may support the dispensing and distribution of medications, pharmaceutical packaging and inventory management while contributing to the smooth day to day operations of the pharmacy service. In this role, you will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, technicians, students and multidisciplinary healthcare teams within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will also assist with technical training, workload coordination and the preparation and ordering of pharmaceuticals, helping ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with professional standards. About You You are a reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant who enjoys working in a fast paced healthcare environment and takes pride in supporting safe, accurate and efficient pharmacy services.
