Full time or part time (0.8FTE) ongoing position Salary range: $131,154 - $155,000 plus super Up to $15,900 in salary packaging, flexible hybrid work arrangement About the role The role will be responsible for managing a team of project coordinators who design, develop and implement Family, Youth and Children's Law (FYCL) Projects. This includes improving the quality of and access to FYCL legally aided services and ensuring we are adopting a client centred approach to service design and planning. This role will also involve continued collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders as well as oversight and conducting of several major projects. This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country. About you As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Experience managing projects and initiatives related to the Family, Youth and Children's Law practice areas. Demonstrated people management and leadership capabilities including proven experience in successfully developing, managing and motivating a project team. Demonstrated ability to synthesise and convey complex information and ideas in a clear, logical and concise manner and target written work to a range of audiences. Demonstrated ability to interpret and understand data to inform effective project design and evaluate impact. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to use those skills to influence, negotiate and build collaborative working relationships with people across all levels to achieve strategic program outcomes.
