An excellent opportunity for a Senior or Associate Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services consultancy with a strong reputation across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a leadership position, take ownership of projects and client relationships, and play a key role in mentoring junior engineers within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects across multiple sectors. Design and oversee electrical systems including: Lighting and power, Communications and security, Emergency and backup systems, Energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Manage projects from concept design through to construction and commissioning. Coordinate with internal disciplines, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Attend client meetings and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery. Conduct site inspections, commissioning activities, and technical reviews. Mentor and support junior engineers and drafters. Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC requirements, and industry best practices. About You 5 years’ experience within electrical building services consulting. Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience delivering commercial, residential, education, healthcare, or mixed-use projects. Strong understanding of Australian Standards and NCC requirements. Ability to lead projects and manage client relationships confidently. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit exposure/experience. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
