The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run a brand-new restaurant. You’ll work alongside the Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, make sure the restaurant runs smoothly, and deliver a great experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role where your leadership and energy will make a real difference. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has minimum 2 years’ management experience in QSR, fast-food, or casual dining. Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Is proactive, solutions-focused, and able to perform under pressure. Brings energy, confidence, and a positive presence to every shift.
