We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Townsville Dental Centre in Townsville, QLD 4810. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play an integral part in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our clinic. What you'll be doing Providing professional and courteous assistance to patients, including greeting, check-in, and check-out processes Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are fully stocked and sanitised Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments, holding suction, and completing other chairside duties Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment Entering patient records and updating treatment plans in our practice management software Performing various administrative tasks including stock management to support the efficient operations of the practice What we're looking for At least 1-year experience as a Dental Assistant Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using dental practice management software and computer systems A friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude towards patients What we offer As part of the The Townsville Dental Centre team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on professional development and work-life balance.
