Location : Stanhope Gardens, NSW Job-type: Full-time Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 (depending upon experience and skills) Key Responsibilities: ·Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service, food quality, and adherence to Oporto’s quality and safety standards. ·Determine the specials, and local promotions based on customer preferences and market trends. ·Manage the store’s layout and food displays to maximise sales and enhance customer appeal. ·Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure stock availability while minimising waste. ·Create and manage in‑store pricing policies in alignment with Oporto’s standards, considering local market conditions and competitor offerings. ·Plan and execute in‑store promotions, weekly specials, and pricing strategies based on local customer demand and seasonal trends. ·Conduct local marketing campaigns to promote Oporto’s products and services, enhancing customer engagement and encouraging upselling opportunities. ·Analyse sales trends and customer preferences to adjust menu focus, upselling techniques, and staffing levels. ·Oversee financial management, ensuring the restaurant meets profitability goals by managing budgets, inventory, and labour costs effectively. ·Inspire and cultivate a positive team culture, overseeing recruitment, staff training, and ongoing development to ensure high performance and strong team dynamics. ·Monitor staff performance, analyse key metrics, and develop initiatives to achieve team goals and performance targets. ·Address customer feedback promptly, resolve issues, and ensure high service standards to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ideal candidate must have: ·Minimum Diploma degree in management, business, or extensive relevant work experience ·Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail Manager ·Proven experience of working in Australian fast-food chain as a Retail Manager ·Understanding of the fast-casual dining sector. ·Effective leadership and team coordination abilities. ·Exceptional skills in customer service and communication. ·Experience managing stock levels and inventory control. ·Strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
