We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school fit out project in Kooringal for a well-regarded commercial builder. This is a fast-moving education project valued at circa $1.7M , delivering new and upgraded learning spaces including classrooms, a science room and library. The role will suit a well-rounded Site Manager who is confident running smaller projects autonomously while keeping program, trades and variations under control. Project Details Location: Kooringal Value: Approx. $1.7M Start Date: Immediately Duration: 18 weeks Scope of Works Internal partitions Glazing Ceilings Electrical works Mechanical services Full classroom, science room and library fit out Key Responsibilities Day-to-day site management and trade coordination Managing programme and ensuring works stay on schedule Handling variations and site documentation Ensuring safety and compliance on site Liaising with subcontractors and project stakeholders Requirements Proven experience delivering commercial or education fit out projects Strong ability to manage programme and variations Confident running a site independently IT literate and comfortable using Procore Strong communication and organisational skills This is a great short-term contract opportunity with a respected builder and the potential for further work depending on project pipeline.
