With our state-of-the-art compounding suite set to open in early 2027, this role offers a rare opportunity to help shape and launch a new facilityâleading operational development, creating policies, and training staff from the ground up.  About the Role: A permanent, full-time opportunity exists for a Grade 3 Senior â Compounding Services to join the team at Northern Health.  The role will require staff to be flexible with their working hours to meet the changing operations demands and will include working after hours and on-call. Staff will be required to travel and work across the various Northern Health campuses, programs, and partner organisations.  The Senior Pharmacist - Compounding Services is responsible for providing leadership, management, innovation and clinical oversight of the aseptic compounding suite, which includes the production of aseptic, cytotoxic, and biological treatments for patients at Northern Health. This role requires specialised knowledge in aseptic dispensing to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of compounded therapies.  They will work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Department to achieve the strategic outcomes of the Department.  To be successful in this role you will have: Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) At least 5 yearsâ experience in hospital pharmacy. At least 3 yearsâ experience in hospital pharmacy aseptic production.
