Position: Bricklayer (Full-Time) Salary: $80,000 per annum Superannuation Location: Thornhill Park, VIC 3335 Company: J & K BRICKLAYING PTY LTD About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bricklayer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials for residential and commercial projects while ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to determine materials and layout requirements Lay bricks, pre-cut stone, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials in mortar Construct and repair walls, partitions, arches, chimneys, fireplaces, and other structures Measure and cut materials to required dimensions using hand and power tools Mix mortar and ensure proper application for structural stability Align brickwork using levels, plumb lines, and other measuring tools Repair and maintain existing brick and masonry structures as required Ensure construction work complies with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and clean condition Work collaboratively with supervisors and other tradespeople on construction sites Requirements: Relevant trade qualification in Bricklaying or equivalent industry experience Experience working on residential and/or commercial construction projects Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings Knowledge of construction safety practices and WHS requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment Employment Details: Full-Time Position (38 hours per week) Competitive salary package based on skills and experience How to Apply: Please send your resume and cover letter to
