About the Position Nominated Position: Contract Administrator ANZSCO Code: 511111 OSCA Code: 511131 This position is part of the ANZSCO Unit Group 5111 that includes Contract, Program and Project Administrators and OSCA Unit Group 5111 that includes Contract Administrators. Contract Administrator prepares, interprets, maintains, reviews, and negotiates variations to contracts on behalf of an organisation. Daily tasks include, but not exclusive: 1) Being the main point of contact for all matters, questions and enquiries related to contracts, (for new clients, third party services, subcontractors, and current and new employees). 2) Responsible for sending estimative of service and fees to all prospective clients and following up on their decision to engage in contract of services. 3) Preparing and issuing new contracts to new clients, third party services, subcontractors, and current and new employees, which includes collecting all the necessary documentation and information to prepare and organize the contracts. 4) Problem solving and negotiating all matters related to contracts. 5) Revising all matters related to contracts issued. 6) Monitor contract performance and report any deviations to Healy Daloia management 7) Analyze data in relation to contracts issued and report on the business activities and contract outcomes. Requirements: 1) Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (master’s degree in business preferred, but not mandatory). 2) At least 2 years of full-time employment in the occupation. 3) Portuguese fluency highly relevant. 4) High Level of English mandatory (Superior English).
