Client is looking to fill a full time position for a skilled and experienced Brand Manager for identifying market opportunities and advising on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting products. As the 'brand guardian' for Choices Flooring Eastwood the Brand Manager will maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and will manage a portfolio of products. Brand Manager will be responsible for adapting a brand strategy for a company's target market. The Brand Manager will formulate brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term. Reporting to the Director, this role is responsible for the design and delivery of end-to-end marketing and communications strategies. Minimum Requirements: ·Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role preferably in Building Products Industry ·Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a related discipline In this role your main responsibilities include: ·Develop and execute marketing programs to increase business market share and revenue ·Develop and execute branding and promotional activities for our product portfolio ·Identify new opportunities for growing our customer base via marketing ·Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs ·Identify market opportunities by defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, establishing targeted market share ·Analyze marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies · Gather data on competitors and analyse their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution ·Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts ·Liaise with external vendors and agencies ·Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items ·Analyze sales forecasts and relevant financials and report on product sales ·Liaise closely with the sales team to identify new markets, products, and customers ·Propose initiatives to improve performance ·Commission and undertake market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services ·Providing advice on all aspects of product mix, pricing, advertising, and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels ·Represent the company at industry events, trade shows or conferences Skills, experience and attributes: To be considered for this opportunity you must have: · Understanding of marketing elements and market research methods · Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools · Familiarity with marketing theory and strategies and relevant compliance requirement · Ability to work under pressure and with constantly evolving priorities · Results driven, dedicated to the customer experience, build quality relationships through effective communication and influence and thrive on generating market and business insights · Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate priorities with attention to the smallest details To apply for this position, email your resume to recruitment@targetbusiness.com.au.
