Job Description Oaks Gold Coast Hotel and Oaks Gold Coast Calypso Plaza Suites are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Café Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. Both properties are launching a new café experience for hotel guests to enjoy barista coffee and grab-and-go treats. This role is ideal for someone with café experience who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and serving high-quality food and beverages. You’ll work alongside a barista to serve toasties, croissants, and hot and cold drinks to guests. As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating enjoyable guest experiences by: Preparing and serving food & beverages: Toasties, croissants, and drinks efficiently and professionally. Assisting with cafe operations: Working alongside the barista to maintain a smooth and clean workflow. Delivering exceptional customer service: Engaging warmly with guests and responding to their needs. Shift Details (subject to change): Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday 5am until 2pm and 7am until 2pm, subject to change Dual role as a barista and café attendant Multiple casual positions available On occasions, you may be required to support both properties
