BRAND NEW RESTAURANT! About the role We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our new Zambrero restaurant in Moorabbin, Victoria. As the R estaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position based in our Moorabbin location. What you'll be doing Manage and lead a team of enthusiastic hospitality professionals Oversee the restaurant's front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations Analyse and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with the Molloy Management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies What we're looking for 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality and tourism industry.
