At The Tops, we're looking for Outdoor Program Guides to facilitate safe, engaging outdoor experiences, for typically school aged participants, while growing their own leadership in a supportive, values-driven team. What You'll Bring Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (SIS30619) or equivalent, or a commitment to obtain one, The ability to engage with guests, clearly communicate expectations and inspire them to step out of their comfort zone, Clear commitment to safety and empowering others to take risks in a controlled setting, A heart for service and a commitment to our Christian ethos, A current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain) and physical readiness for active work.
