In pairs, volunteers (driver and assistant) transport passengers from their home to the local shopping centres, social outings and the Library. We are looking for volunteers who have the following: Good communication skills Patience and friendly manner Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion Reliability and commitment (commit to the programs roster/schedule) Punctuality. Full First Aid Certificate or willingness to attend training (we arrange and pay for this) Current Drivers Licence essential. Requirements: Working with Children and Aged Check Driver's Licence (C) Medical Clearance Category Community Services Commitment Regular - more than 6 months Type Of Work Companionship & Social Support,Driving & Transportation,Seniors & Aged Care, Time Required 2-4 hour shifts over Monday-Friday Training
