Are you looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a Product Owner to provide product leadership and direction as part of our Curriculum Management team. This role is key to ensuring strategic outcomes are achieved and that innovative ideas are transformed into valuable solutions for our customers. Within Curriculum Management, our Product Owners combine product management with delivery leadership, offering a unique opportunity to shape product developments from research and solution design through delivery and into the hands of users. What you'll be doing: Develop and demonstrate understanding of the Curriculum Management product - its purpose, features and functions. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to help shape product direction, build roadmaps and influence decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities and ensure successful delivery outcomes. Champion and lead product development initiatives to drive customer value and business revenue. Work with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs and define innovative solutions that align with product strategy and organisational objectives. Own and manage relevant product backlogs, plan and sequence work to deliver high value outcomes. Lead a delivery team, ensuring successful release of high quality product which delivers value to users. Oversee and support team alignment with wider R&D planning, monitoring and reporting processes. Actively participate in showcases and reviews to communicate progress and outcomes. Your Talents… 5 years experience in product ownership or product management Strong customer focus Strong ability to translate product vision and strategy into a delivery roadmap and feature backlog. Skilled at working across multiple teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to own and drive outcomes. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
