Security Clearance Required Negative Vetting 1 Location of Role Canberra, ACT Job Details Join Omni’s People Division and support the delivery of accurate, timely and people-focused HR administration across a growing Australian business supporting Government and Defence clients. This opportunity suits someone early in or looking to start their HR career who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and likes keeping things organised and running smoothly. You will support the People Managers and the broader People team across core HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR systems, responding to People queries, tracking compliance activities, and preparing documentation and reports. You will also contribute to general People team support, including templates, filing, coordination and project assistance. Ideal Candidate You are an organised and detail-focused, looking to build your career in People and Culture. You bring strong communication and administrative skills, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in supporting people processes across the employee lifecycle. You are comfortable working with confidential information, enjoy keeping systems and records accurate, and take pride in providing responsive, reliable support to both employees and the wider team.
