The Senior School at Kardinia offers a vertical curriculum in Years 7-10 based on the Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) and both the IB Diploma Programme and the Victorian Certificate of Education in Years 11 and 12. About the roles We have four positions available for in our Senior School to commence Semester 2. Art 0ngoing - Full time A full-time ongoing role is available for a flexible and knowledgeable Visual Arts teacher with experience teaching VCE Art Creative Practice and/or VCE Visual Design and Communication. Fixed term - Semester 2 - Full time We are seeking an Arts teacher with experience in teaching Visual Art, Visual Communication and Design, and/or Fibre Art and Textiles. Knowledge of VCE Art Creative Practice and VCE Visual Communication and Design is preferred but not essential. Japanese - Fixed Term - Full time Bring your passion and experience to our Languages Department beginning term 3 for a 12 month fixed term position. You will be experienced teaching Japanese to students in Years 7 to 12. ️ Outdoor Education - Ongoing - Full time The college delivers a diverse outdoor education program for students in Years 3 to 12, where rich experiential learning opportunities go beyond the classroom. Outdoor Education is not a standalone subject; however, it is an integral part of the student experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic program that supports student growth, resilience and connection through outdoor learning. We are seeking a classroom teacher with a passion for outdoor education and proven experience in delivering programs in outdoor settings. You will be assigned a modified teaching load in our Senior School to allow you to attend OE adventures.
