About the role As a member of the multidisciplinary team in the Wellbeing Hub at Kardinia, you will promote and support the wellbeing of members in the College community. You will provide counselling to year 6 to 12 students, assist in developing strategies for students at risk and facilitate group wellbeing sessions. The working hours are during the College terms for two full working days per week. Hours are not able to be spread across multiple days. A Working with Children Check (employee) and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check are essential. There is also an expectation to adhere to the College's Child Safe Policy and practices. About you You will be qualified in psychology, allied health or counselling along with experience working with children and adolescents in a counselling role. This is coupled with a knowledge of wellbeing policies, legislative requirements and a team-oriented approach to wellbeing issues and outcomes.
